What Monger is

Monger is a reputation management service for independent restaurants. It connects to your Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Facebook accounts to surface new reviews, uses AI to draft response suggestions in your voice, and lets you approve and post those responses back to the connected platform with one tap.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You are responsible for every response posted under your business name through Monger, whether AI-generated or written by you.

Acceptable use

You may not use Monger to post fake reviews, engage in review manipulation, send spam, or post illegal, defamatory, or harassing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.

AI-generated content

Monger generates draft responses using AI, but no response is posted automatically — you review and approve every draft before it goes live. Because you control what gets posted, Monger is not liable for the content of any response you approve and publish.

Subscription terms

Monger is available for $50/month or $500/year, with a 14-day free trial for new accounts. You can cancel anytime through the app or the billing portal, effective at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for time already billed.

Platform compliance

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of Google, Yelp, and Facebook/Meta when using Monger to respond to reviews on those platforms. Monger is a tool that helps you draft and post responses — it does not replace your obligation to follow each platform's own rules.

Limitation of liability

Monger is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monger and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
